Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Primary and alternate names are appearing in State List of Values (LOV) for US addresses.
Both the complete State name and the two letter state code are displayed in the LOV.
Applies to both person and location addresses.
Per <Note 2529910.1>: How To Get US Address With State Code Instead Of State Name In The Manage Location Task, the value marked as primary in geography should be in the list of values.
State abbreviation is set as primary value and only want it to appear in state list of values, but both abbreviation and the full state name appear in list.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to only see the two letter state code in the LOV.
