Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Receipts

When attempting to load lockbox arlockboximportgenbai,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Starting ARLPLB
Warning - Could not get profile option value for AR_ALLOW_OVERAPPLICATION_IN_LOCKBOX
AR-ARLVRL: Error from arlvrl.
AR-ARLVAL: arlvrl returned FALSE.
AR-ARLVAL: Error from arlval.
AR-ARLPLB: arlval returned FALSE.
AR-ARLPLB: Error in main.
AR-ARLPLB: -1455 ORA-01455: converting column overflows integer datatype


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receivable Lockbox file form bank
2. Run Load Interface process
3. Run Process Receipts through Lockbox
4. Completes in error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cannot load lockbox file.
