Symptoms

Contract Performance obligation is not taking the currency conversion rate

One of the Contract is not picking the Conversion Rate on performance obligation line. The contract allocation status is showing the "Exchange rate not available". There are other lines in this same contract used GBP to USD Currency Conversion rate.

1. Submit Identify Customer Contracts process.
