Symptoms

When changing an existing address, the list of values (LOV) is not being reset even by removing city, state, etc., and choosing a different postal code is not possible. This happens when editing an address, not adding a new address.

STEPS:

1. Login to Sales Cloud.
2. Navigate to Manage Employment > “Search an Employee” > Manage Person.
3. Click the Edit button (Address Section).
4. Click the Update button.
5. Enter a postal code and the other address elements auto-fill.
6. Try to enter another valid postal code for the country and it is treated as invalid.
7. Try to select from the drop-down or search from the drop-down but nothing values are allowed.
