Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Receipts

When attempting to run Lockbox process,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unexpected error while inserting transmission ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.AR_TRANSMISSIONS_U2) violated


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator>Tools>Scheduled Processes
2. Load Interface File for Import
3. Run process Process Receipts Through Lockbox

 



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process lockbox file.
