Goal

How does Bursting query PARAMETER 3 work in Fusion BI Publisher in order to avoid issues like:

 - BI Publisher bursting reports are completed successfully but the users are not receiving e-mails.

 - Fusion Notifications using BI Publisher bursting reports are completed successfully but the users are not receiving e-mails.

 - Fusion Alerts using BI Publisher bursting reports are completed successfully but the users are not receiving e-mails.

 - Not receiving e-mails when using company email domain/subdomain, e.g.: "abcd@companydomain.com"

 - Receiving e-mails from "no-reply@oracle.com"
