Symptoms

When creating RMA orders from a model item with an option with quantity more than 1, the coverage item price on the RMA order is not matching the price on the original order.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management
2. Create Order.
3. When creating RMA orders from a model item with an option with quantity more than 1, the coverage item price on the RMA order is not matching the price on the original order.
