Error "Requested log file does not exist" While Accessing the SSE Logs (Doc ID 2621480.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE STATEMENT

While accessing the SSE logs via below endpoint it returns the following error:

/ccadminx/custom/v1/logs?loggingLevel=error


Error

 

STEPS TO REPLICATE


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to the postman and hit the below URL

    https://ccadmin-****-****.oracleoutsourcing.com/ccadminx/custom/v1/logs?loggingLevel=debug

  2. No logs are returned from the extension server and following message "Requested log file does not exist." is received in response.
