Symptoms
When attempting to Print Pallet Labels from the Pallets UI for an Outbound (OBLPN) LPN, the following error occurs:
ERROR

No labels printed Failed to get designer label template for ob_pallet.lbl in print_ib_ob_pallet_label for pallet PLT1234
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Pallets UI.
2. Select a Outbound Pallet PLT1234.
3. Click Print Pallet Label.
4. Receive error.
