Linkedin Not Working Per Whitepaper

Customer has gone through the white paper document for the linked in profile import to the new person profile, but it is not an option in the actions drop down.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

LinkedIn showing in the menu

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact: User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Due to this issue, users cannot cannot use the LinkedIn fonctionality
