Sales - CRM Resource System Usage's Facts "# Of Logins" And "Total Session Duration" Not Working (Doc ID 2622181.1)

On : version, Analytics

The "# of Login" and "Total Session Duration" facts are not working. It shows blank fields or 0 for both facts on the analysis' results tab, even for my user (analysis.png, it's a screenshot of ccw-test), which should have some value different from zero.
And cannot find he process "Refresh Audit Table of all fusion Objects for BI"?

 Also, we have some doubts about it, can you help us with them?

1. The "Total Session Duration" is registered in minutes or seconds? Can we change from minutes to seconds and vice versa?
2. Can I get the data of this entire month until today or it just gets data after the day the analysis was created?
