PRC:SSP: How To Display The Requisition Attachment Category To Both Approver And Supplier ? (Doc ID 2622737.1)

Is it possible to have one requisition attachment category to display and attached document to the Approver and the Supplier ?
At the moment if the user wants an attached document to be visible both to the Approver and  to the Supplier the user has  to add the same document twice to the requisition line (one for each category) .

It would speed up the process if we could just add the document once to the requisition line and it be visible to the Approver and the Supplier.
