Symptoms

When attempting to create taxable transactions using FBDI, the following error occurs.

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: General Accounting > Journals > Create Taxable Transactions in Spreadsheet
2. Populate the FBDI records  > generate CSV file
3. Load interface file for import
4. Import External transactions to the tax repository
