Symptoms
When attempting to scan from the radio frequency (RF CC Detail), the following error occurs:

Non-existing Lock Code (CC) is set in Cycle_Count_Lock_Code
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the RF screen RF CC Detail.
2. Scan the location that need to be cycle counted.
3. Error message will get pop up after entering the location Barcode.
