Goal
How to HOT Clone a remote PDB with TDE from one DBS to another DBS with DB link in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Pre-Requirements :
Database Systems (DBS) should communicate to each other.
Port 1521 to be enabled ingress/egress rules in the security list of the VCN ,refer to below link
Updating the Security List for the DB System
