On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Global Payroll
When attempting to cancel a work relationship for an employee who has multiples work relationships the following error occurs.
This can be replicated for Global Transfer after cancelling a work relationship, the following error is received and it is not reversing the termination in previous work relationship.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Rollback all the existing processes for the Work Relationship
2. Person Management > Manage Work Relationship > Action > Cancel Work Relationship > Submit > Error is returned
