When attempting to remove the Item Association for an incorrect Ship-To Organization on a Blanket Purchase Agreement, the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
"You cannot delete an item that is associated with a procurement business object. This item is referenced by at least one Purchase Agreement"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add Item Association to Delete Group
2. In Manage Delete Groups, verify Item Association is there and click Submit
3. Verify if Completes or Errors
