Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Inbound Transmission remains stuck in Fresh Status

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Inbound should process a timely manner and change status to 'Processed'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take one .xml file(i.e. Location or Item)
2. Go to Integration and choose the option Integration Manager
3. Select Element Id
4. Choose the file and click on submit
5. Search the transmission_id in Transmission
