On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Global Human Resources
We were not able to adjust the employee hire date from 02-09-2019 to 21-10-2019. System is not allowing us the change the hire date of the employee.
Employee Hire Date:02-09-2019(DD-MM-YYYY)
Employee is a part of 2 payroll runs and payslips generated as well
ERROR
-----------------------
The Effective Start Date value must be earlier than or equal to the Effective End Date value. (HRC-1035096)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Edit Work Relationship screen
2. Try to change the Hire Date from 02-09-2019 to 21-10-2019
3. Submit the change and confirm.
