Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Inventory
User reported that they are unable to do the Interorganization transfer for the Serially Controlled item.

You cannot transfer the item to the destination organization because that organization contains incompatible inventory controls. (INV-2415620)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Create InterOrganization Transfer Task
2. Enter the item details and serial number details
3. Error faced
