Goal

On :11.13.19.10.0 version, HCM Security (Security Profiles, Users, Roles)

Position Security not working in Transfer process for Line Manager

1. Position security and department security profile are added in Line Manager Data role.
2. Line Manager should not be able to transfer employee outside his hierarchy based on positions.

But system is allowing Line Manager to search and add position outside hierarchy.
