Import Chart of Accounts Mapping Segment Rollup Rules

Is there any way that we could import segment rollup rules for Chart of Accounts mapping?
We need to load a huge number of rules and it really takes time doing it manually.
Any suggestion for faster loading would be greatly appreciated.
