Symptoms
When attempting to setup SLA and saving the record
the following error occurs.
ERROR

A CONNECTION TO THE SERVE HAS FAILED (STATUS=504)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Setup ->Manage Subledger Journal Entry Rule Sets: Cost Management->Select one rule -> then add journal line description rule for more than one lines , then click on "save".
