Is it possible to change the effective date on PD -> Change Orders : Effective date change in Scheduled status?

The user can modify the effectivity date of a change order that is in a “Scheduled” state. If needed, you are also acancel or demote a change. While this allows the effectivity to be updated, additional governance is required for securing who can perform these edits. "

Privilege has been added allowing specific roles such as change coordinators or the control board members to update the change order effectivity. ----"
