When attempting to run the getActiveCustomerProfile operation WS, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access docs.oracle.com
2. Retrieve the details related to the webservice > compile the payload
3. Run the webservice payload
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run the payload, therefor cannot review the details of the customers.
