Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Manage Budgets

When attempting to upload budgets, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Insufficient funds


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the spreadsheet for budget upload
2. Fill the budget amounts and other details
3. Click on upload, it fails with the Insufficient funds error
