ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

General Ledger Balances Cube is not visible/missing in Calculation Manager while setting up allocation rules
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to view and create allocations rules on general ledger balances cube
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to General Accounting-> Journals->Create Allocation Rules, it opens up EPM Workspace.
2. Navigate->Administer->Calculation Manager
3. It loads the page but not showing the cube name
