On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Capture Transactions-Approve Journals
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

But when User the Submit the Auto Post Journal Program or scheduled the program from his Login, system takes the approval hierarchy based on the user which submits the program. Example 'D' Hierarchy as per example, it is not followed the "A" hierarchy who is the owner/creator of the JV.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should pick creator as the one who submits the journals
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to General Accounting Dashboard
2. Click on Journals
3. Navigate to Task-> Create Journals
4. Run Auto post
