On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Webservice
When attempting to update EndDate value of a covered level using REST API,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Response: 404 Bad request.
Attribute set for EndDate in entity SubscriptionManagementRestAM.ProductsEO_ProductAssociations_ProductVOToProductAssocationsVO_ProductAssociationsVO failed
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use Rest API to update EndDate value of a covered level
2.above error will appear
