Goal

Why the CSV data extract files have fields delimited by comma and descriptive text fields are enclosed by double quotes ?

When the text field contains double quotes, it causes problems and errors in the data warehouse ETL data loading programs as it throws the whole format off.
So to avoid this problem is it possible to configure BICCC extracts TO USE A DIFFERENT CHARACTER TO ENCLOSE THE TEXT FIELDS or to escape the double quotes as in \" ?
