ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to make the copy of Journal entry rule set as duplicate option is grayed out for Subledger Application Tax.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to duplicate the journal entry rule set


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to task Journal Entry Rule set
2. Select the Scope as Tax
3. Go to task
4. Click on Action
5. Try to click on Duplicate option
