Symptoms
When attempting to select a line item record in a Business Process, an error is displayed in a pop-up window.
ERROR
This page isn’t working <Server> is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Access as User able to complete the work desired
- Ensure the View is Standard User Interface
- Navigate to the location of the Business Process with the affected behavior
- Select of the records
RESULT: "This page isn’t working <Server> is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500"
Changes
View was changed from Classic to Standard, an error was created in the Business Process, but not able to determine due to the Pop-up not showing the error.
