Goal

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Manage Benefits

Unable to Terminate Employee

Termination transaction is always Failed in Transaction Console for this user.
Error encountered in the log file:
"The Effective Start Date value must be earlier than or equal to the Effective End Date value".

Start DAte of the employee: August 21, 2017
Termination Date: December 11, 2019
