Need To Update The Order Relaese Edit >Ship Unit Tab > Packaged Item Line (Doc ID 2628702.1)

Symptoms

Customer Need to update the Order Release Edit >Ship Unit Tab > Packaged item line .
But they can not see the default Manager layout attached .
They tried checking View Source code but could not find the attached Screenset/layout to make a copy and modify the same .

Steps to Reproduce

----------------------------

1. Navigate to Configuration and Administration-->User Configuration-->Screen set Manager
2. Copy the Screen set ID: ORDER_RELEASE to new one: TEST_ORDER_RELEASE
3. Now Navigate to Configuration and Administration-->User Configuration-->Menu Manager
5. Add the Screenset ID: TEST_ORDER_RELEASE to the Custom Menu of the User Preference Menu.
6. Navigate to Screen set: TEST_ORDER_RELEASE but Order Release Edit >Ship Unit Tab > Packaged item line cannot be customized.
