REST API User Automatically Created When Creating An Worker (Doc ID 2628777.1)

Symptoms

While creating an Worker using REST API through Workers API the user also generated for the worker automatically.

Current Scenario: Employee is getting created and along with it corresponding user is also getting created for that employee automatically.

Expected Scenario- Employee should be created and the user should not be created for it.
Also the Username field is being populated when they check the worker details in Fusion even though the values are not being passed in the request.
