Symptoms
Added Address Line 4 to the US Tax Address format, but unable to see Address Line 4 when creating an address in the Manage Person page.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Manage Address Formats > Search by Style = Supplemental Taxation and Reporting Address > Select the US > Edit
2. Add Address Line 4 to the format layout > Save & Close
3. Setup & Maintenance > Manage Features by Country or Territory > Verify the US is using "Payroll - Supplemental Taxation and Reporting Address"
4. Manage Person > Add an address > Verify line 4 is not visible
