Symptoms

Learning Specialist creates prerequisites for courses in a Specialization, however when user clicks the "Start learning" button, HCM lets them start the course without having the prerequisites. If the Learning Specialist clicks on the course link, HCM shows what prerequisites the user needs to meet in order to enable the desired course.
