Compendia - Cutover - Service History incorrect Start Code for employees on maternity leave or sick leave.

Generate MyCSP Interface is run in cutover mode and the Start Code (STARTCDE) being sent in the Service History file incorrect for employees that are on statutory leave.

The Start Code being sent is N (New Joiner/Re-joiner) but it should be one of MF/MN/MS (which one depends on whether the employee is on maternity full pay, unpaid or statutory pay), or for sickness it should be one of SH/SN depending on whether they are on sickness half pay or sickness unpaid at the point of cutover (01-May-2019)

Expect the correct start code to be passed in the interface files.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Action the required employee to be maternity leave etc.
2. Process the Generate MyCSP Interface as a cutover.
3. Review the files generated.
