Meter Is Installed And Completed In Oracle Field Service Cloud, Activity and Communication Still Awaiting Response In Customer Cloud Service (Doc ID 2631439.1)

Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter Base - Version 2.7.0.0.0 and later

Symptoms

Scenario:

- Either an Enable Service Activity, or simply an Install Meter Field Activity, is sent to Field Service Cloud (OFSC) 

- The meter install is completed in OFSC and details are passed to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), which should call into Customer Cloud Service (CCS) to create the FA Inbound Communication which would close out the original Activity or FA.

- OIC reports an error - "Unable to find a state with an asset disposition of IN-INSTALLED" and no objects are updated in CCS (Outbound Communication remains in Awaiting Acknowledgement status)

- Using the same payload that OIC submits from SoapUI correctly completes the Activity or FA
