Information in this document applies to any platform.
When accessing a certain report in occs-admin, admin users are seeing an error and the reporting dashboard does not load with data.
The system throws the error below:
To reproduce (note the error can be thrown on any report, it was the Sales -> Products report in this case):
- Open the Reports from occ admin panel
- Select "Sales" from the left side of the menu bar that placed above the overview text
- Select "products" section below the "sales" heading
