Some Reports Don't Load, Infinite Spinning Wheel, Error Codes: IRVLJWTA (Doc ID 2631515.1)

When accessing a certain report in occs-admin, admin users are seeing an error and the reporting dashboard does not load with data.
The system throws the error below:

To reproduce (note the error can be thrown on any report, it was the Sales -> Products report in this case):

  1. Open the Reports from occ admin panel
  2. Select "Sales" from the left side of the menu bar that placed above the overview text
  3. Select "products" section below the "sales" heading
