Is Data Fix Possible To Delete Valuation Units ? (Doc ID 2631574.1)

Goal

Valuation Units was create Automatically for one of the new added Inventory Org while the other Inventory orgs setup for only one Valuation Unit for all Inventory Orgs.
User need to delete the valuation unit that was created automatically; however, getting an error message as follow:
"The combination of segment values used in this valuation unit cannot be deleted because it is referenced in some other setup. (CST-2385223)"
Please advise. How to change the configuration so, transactions from the recently added Inventory Org move to the existing Valuation Unit.

Can Oracle provide kind of data fix to correct that wrong setup ?
