On : 11.1.7.0.0 version, Document Sequence

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The sequence in the Payment Process Profile is not incrementing after payment is completed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once payment has completed and Payment Confirmation Point is set to 'When the payment file is formatted", The payment process sequence should increment as expected.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User confirmed the Payment confirmation point is set to 'When the payment file is formatted" in the payment process profile they are using
2. User runs payment process
3. Output sequence of payments is not incrementing despite correct settings in PPP and PCP section.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete payment process properly and as expected.
