Goal

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Data Collection

For a Transfer order demand to be planned, only source org is planned.
But Transfer order demand planning is expecting the item to be collected / enabled for collection in both source and destination organization.

When the destination org is not planned at all, why is it needed to collect items for the organization?
