Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Capture Transactions-Manage Subledgers
When attempting to run Create Accounting for custom application in FAH, the following error occurs.
ERROR message:
A conversion type is required for foreign currency journal line. Details: A conversion type must be provided when entered currency is different than the
ledger currency.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Tools > File Import and Export -> Import Accounting Transactions
2. Run Create Accounting
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot post journals in FAH.
