Goal

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

Resignation approval escalate to different manager after expires first level Manager approval.

Employee resignation approval escalate different manager after expires first level manager.

As per the configuration, After first level manager approval expires, it should get routed to second level manager( Managers Manager)

But only for 1 employee, Resignation approval escalated different person(manager's Previous manager). Please assist
