Goal

In Retail Integration Cloud Service 16.0.031.2

RIB publishing adapters were not appearing in RIB Admin GUI.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Login to <rib-ext>-admin-gui
2. Go to adapter manager
3. Publishing adapters not appearing in the GUI
