Fusion CMR: Bill To Business Unit Field Does Not Auto Fill On Review Receipt Accounting Distributions

Symptoms
Bill to Business Unit (BU) field does not auto fill on Review Receipt Accounting Distributions.
The search in the Bill to Business Unit field is case sensitive, while in other areas it is not.
To replicate the problem, if Bill to BU is "ABC Foods Corporation" and user enters "abc" and
then tab the search is null. User must enter ABC with a capital for the search to work.
The search should not be case sensitive to be consistent with other fields throughout the application.
