On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

How pending workers would be accessing the system for onboarding activities when LBAC is turned on

Customer has enabled the LBAC in our system and want to understand how would the pending worker would be able to access the system for onboarding activities since the oracle application would need to be accessed for performing onboarding activities.

Customer has configured some IP as whitelisted in LBAC and have started the onboarding for pending worker. When trying to access the system as a pending worker from the white listed IP, users are able to see the onboarding tasks but when they try to access the same through mobile or any other IP (not whitelisted), users are not able to see the onboarding tile.

Please provide a solution.
