Information in this document applies to any platform.
A new user via Identity Cloud Service was created and given the OCI_Administrators role. When they try to set their own password they get the following error:
Not possible to set your password.
The link that you are trying to access has either already been used or has expired.
Another Admin User tries to reset the password and gets the following error:
Cannot reset password for user <USERNAME>. You cannot reset password for the user.
