Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Document Sequence generated for Transactions have gaps, even after gapless sequencing is setup.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Document sequence generated should not have any gaps.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a transaction from UI
2. Save and Complete
3. Check if the doc. numbers are skipped according to the sequence
